Beach Park Isles Homes for Sale
Real Estate at Beach Park Isles Tampa Florida
Beach Park Isles, technically should be called Beach Park Isle, as it's only one peninsula jetting out from the Beach Park community in Tampa Florida. Nestled just south of Interstate 275 along the Culbreth Bayou, this collection of 84 homes offers large, affluent, primarily waterfront property with a high resale value. Homes were built from the 1960s to today, but there are no vacant lots. Any new building will either be remodels, renovations, or tear downs and rebuilds. It's just north of the gated community of Culbreth Isles, which features about 150 properties, again nearly all waterfront.
Beach Park Isles is a peninsula with a loop driveway. All of the homes inside the loop are not waterfront, while all of those on the outside border are. Naturally, those sitting on the water are about 20% more expensive, however, all are considered luxury homes, estates, and mansions. There are no homeowner association fees for any lot and residents are responsible for their own property and landscaping. However, things can change and developers can buy up multiple lots creating their own association in the future. This is happened often on throughout the years with HOA dues running anywhere from $25 a month to $150 per month. Most homes feature a backyard swimming pool and/or spa and all homes along the water feature their own docks and/or boat slips. Nearly every lot is also fenced, specifically those on the interior part of the peninsula.

"As a parent who's kindergartner goes to this school. I seriously could not be happier. The teachers truly love the students. She hugs my son every single morning and makes every student feel SAFE and comfortable at school. That doesn't mean they let things slide though. Which is great! Bullying and being inappropriate is completely unacceptable to them. And will notify and call the parent as soon as a child is not being kind. They work with my son and he has so many friends. Is starting to read. And feels loved and safe. The communication between his teacher is amazing as well. We LOVE it here!"
"As a parent of a Mabry Elementary child, we could not be happier with Mabry elementary. Interaction with the teachers, office staff, and parents, have given us great confidence that Mabry Elementary is a fantastic school across the board."
And the middle school receives a 9 out of 10:
"My son has had a great experience at Coleman. He has made many friends and his grades are extremely good. He likes his teachers very much and feels challenged by the curriculum. Coleman is a wonderful school. The middle school has been smooth sailing for our family."
