From the locals:
"Beautiful beach, I had my wedding there , very romantic place and sand is so white like suger so amazing!"
"The city of Tampa is located north by over 30 miles & is situated along the bay in HILLSBOROUGH County.
Belleair Beach is the only quiet , residential area between 2 of the biggest & best tourist beaches in the entire state. We get the best of several worlds. The “fun side” of things to do (along with the tourists) right down the road, the quiet waterfront life because we are comprised of inlet dead end streets cut off from the tourists AND we can jump in the boat & be smack out in the Gulf of Mexico within 10 minutes.""A unique residential only city on Sand Key south of Clearwater Beach. Low rise condos face the Gulf of Mexico and sinle family homes occupy the east side of Gulf Blvd to the Inracoastal. Restaurants and shopping are close by."
"I live in a fairly elderly neighborhood- the biggest crime scandals are tourists speeding over the bridge." - Niche.com
