Snell Isle and Bright Bay

Although not a designated subdivision, there are new homes being built on Snell Isle and Eden Isles in North St. Petersburg. While these homes are not gated, the private entrances and driveways often are. These new townhomes at Burlington Townhomes are billed by David Weekly Homes and feature a variety of one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans with 3 to 4 bathrooms and a one or two-car garage. Sizes are up to nearly 2000 ft.² and start at about $500,000. These are three-story townhomes with entrants on the main floor and beautiful views of the surrounding foliage and typography. These townhomes are located at 831 Burlington Ave. N. just south of Interstate 375 in downtown St. Petersburg. There are several designs to choose from typically priced from $514,000-$560,000.
