When I walk out my door in the morning, I must remind myself that I didn’t die and go to heaven, I am, lucky to live in the Historic Northeast.
Historic Old Northeast Neighborhood is so charming with its brick streets and granite curbs, you would think that it came out of a fairy tale book.
This neighborhood offers historic homes from the 1920’s, Bungalows with wrap-around porches, brick streets, pristine landscaping, mother-in-law suites, and even some new construction.
All this among lush green settings with Jacarandas, pines, palms and magnolias.

People flock to the old Northeast Community Events; they come early and stay late…especially the Holiday Events. These events bring the people out of their home and onto the streets, which is always an over-the-top spectacle of celebration.
This community loves to celebrate! The Old Northeast hosts the biggest Halloween event in town. Hundreds of family’s flock to this neighborhood to see the most creative Halloween decorations and skits, it will truly blow your mind!
During Christmas it is common to see hundreds of participants in the lighted bike parade, Christmas carolers, or someone taking a ride on a horse drawn carriage.
