Take a Walk

The lush tree-lined streets are a signature trait of Crescent Heights it is not uncommon to see neighbors enjoying a stroll around the neighborhood or to a business on the borders of the neighborhood. As you stroll along enjoy the many great murals that have been recently painted on business walls. 

Sunken Gardens

A very large and very long standing garden in St. Pete. There are several paths that wind through lush botanical tropical gardens. Come watch the flamingos, look at fish in the ponds, catch a turtle slowly strolling along, and see some of the most impressive and oldest tropical plants in the area. 

Crescent Lake Park

A beautiful green space full of mature trees surrounding Crescent Lake. It is a popular place to spread out a blanket and enjoy the outdoors, take a free yoga class, let the kids play on the play structure, take the dog tot the dog park, or walk the several trails. The park also features the Huggins-Stangel Sports Complex and the TASCO's Center for Teen Technology. 

Coffeepot Bayou

This body of water is just east of the neighborhood and fed into by the Tampa Bay. Along the shores you will find a walking/biking path that extends to downtown as well as a small park with a fenced playground and public boat ramp. 

St. Pete Pier

The pier is just south of Crescent Heights and is a hub of waterfront actvities. The pier itself extends into Tampa Bay and is described as a landmark pleasure pier. At the pier you will find plenty of beautiful outdoor spaces for walking and fishing or just playing, with sandy beach areas, restaurants, a play structure, and the popular Discovery Center with interactive exhibits and the chance to watch marine life in gorgeous created habitats. 

Walkable Shops and Restaurants

Most commercial spaces within walking distance of homes are along the outside west and east borders of Crescent Heights. Some shops and restaurants residents enjoy walking to include Trader Joe's grocery store, Neighborhood Joe Cafe, Soho Juice Company, The Fresh Market, Trip's Diner, Athenian Garden, and Xtreme Fitness. 

Take a Trip to St. Pete Beach

St. Pete Beach is one of Florida's most iconic beach towns offering what many Floridians call the best beaches in Florida. Any water activity you want to take part in can be done from the beaches in St. Pete Beach. Tradewinds Island Grand Resort is located on St. Pete Beach where you can enjoy waterslides and other family fun like mini-golf. The amazing town of St. Pete Beach can easily be accessed via the bridge just southwest of the neighborhood.
