Pasadena and the Yacht Club Estates are two neighborhoods right next to each other that sometimes are considered as the same neighborhood in the far west section of the city of St. Petersburg right next to the bridge into Treasure Island. The pier is the waterfront area of Downtown St Pete. The pier itself extends into Tampa Bay and is described as a landmark pleasure pier.
