The Beach
The actual Redington Beach for which the town is named is a gorgeous mile-long beach with six access points on the Gulf side and 28 miles of shoreline. It is a great spot for a beach walk in the soft sand, relaxing, swimming, etc. One of the most alluring factors is the beach has all of the amenities of a large city Florida beach without the large shoulder to shoulder crowds.
Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk
Located in Madeira Beach on the water at Johns Pass is a quant fishing village area with several shops, local restaurants, dolphin watching tours, boat rentals, parasailing, and jet skiing.

Just across the bridge over the bay on the mainland is the Pinellas Trail. One of the most popular biking spots in the area. The trail is 50 miles and runs near the neighborhood. The Trail runs from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs with plans to extend the trail into a 75 mile loop. It is also great for jogging, walking, skating, etc.
